Bethel Church Project

At Tight Line Construction, we were proud to serve as the general contractor for the new Bethel Church facility, the third location the congregation has called home since being founded in North Bay.

The 16,000 square foot pre-engineered building includes a chapel, gymnasium, classrooms, fellowship hall, and a fully equipped kitchen capable of serving up to 250 people. Our team worked closely with the church’s construction committee to design a cost-effective solution that met both their functional needs and budget goals.

Constructed on bedrock, the project presented several challenges that required careful planning. By strategically positioning the building, we were able to eliminate the need for blasting to accommodate site services. This was one of the most complex projects we have undertaken, with over 200 stakeholders invested in the outcome. Despite these challenges, the project was completed on schedule and on budget, delivering a modern and welcoming space for the Bethel community.
