Driller’s Edge Project 

At Tight Line Construction, we were proud to deliver this design build project developed in partnership with our leasing partners. The initial build included a 26,500 square foot office and manufacturing facility designed to support long term operational growth.

An additional 30,000 square feet of manufacturing space was later added, planned seamlessly into the original design to ensure minimal disruption to operations. The pre-engineered building includes a 3,000 square foot two story office space integrated within the structure, providing both functionality and efficiency.

Located in the Airport Industrial Park in North Bay, this project benefited from the City’s inclusion of storm water management within the subdivision design, eliminating significant site servicing costs. By planning ahead during the original design phase, we ensured future expansions could proceed smoothly without modifications to the existing building or site, allowing the client to remain fully operational throughout construction.
