KIA Dealership Project

At Tight Line Construction, we were brought onto this project after initial tendered pricing came in over budget. Our team worked collaboratively with the owners and architect to redesign the plans and implement strategic cost saving measures while maintaining the quality and functionality of the original vision.

The 13,000 square foot facility includes a three-car showroom, comfortable customer lounges, administration offices, two drive thru service bays, eight service bays, a parts department, and a dedicated service area.

We worked closely with subcontractors to monitor costs and maintain efficiency throughout the build. The result is a modern, well-designed dealership that delivers exceptional value and performance, reflecting Tight Line Construction’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
