North Bay Chrysler Project

At Tight Line Construction, we were proud to lead the full design and construction of the new North Bay Chrysler dealership, a modern facility built to meet the client’s operational and customer service goals.

Through our design build approach and development partnership, we delivered a 23,500 square foot facility purpose built for both functionality and comfort. The building features a five-car showroom, a welcoming customer lounge with a technology work area, sales and administration offices, a parts department, and a drive thru service area with 14 service bays and 4 clean up bays.

To maximize parking capacity, we installed an underground storm water management system and efficiently managed a five-metre grade difference across the property by incorporating a lower level clean up shop to optimize space. Energy efficient lighting packages and large industrial ceiling fans create a bright, comfortable, and productive workspace for the North Bay Chrysler team.
