Orchard’s Fresh Food Market Project

At Tight Line Construction, we were proud to deliver this design build project, creating a 16,000 square foot specialty market designed to showcase local food and fresh produce.

The building features a wide range of offerings including a fresh produce section, bakery, cheese counter, butcher shop, prepared food area, freezer and refrigeration sections, and a full salad bar. The project involved a complete renovation along with a 9,000 square foot addition, seamlessly integrating new and existing spaces to create a modern retail environment.

Our team managed the project from design through to completion, working closely with the owner throughout the process. The project evolved several times during construction, and through continuous collaboration we successfully adapted to design changes while maintaining quality and meeting project goals.
