Pickle’s Pumps & Niijaansinaanik Child and Family Services Project

At Tight Line Construction, we were proud to lead the full design and build process for this major community development — from the initial planning stages through to project completion.

Through our turnkey construction approach, we delivered a 10,000-square-foot facility for Niijaansinaanik Child and Family Services, a First Nations social services organization dedicated to supporting children, families, and communities across the region.

In addition, we constructed a 2,000-square-foot gas station and vape shop (Pickle’s Pumps) on the same property, creating a multi-purpose site that supports both community services and local commerce.

This $11.5 million project, completed over a two-year timeline, reflects Tight Line Construction’s commitment to quality craftsmanship, cultural respect, and on-time delivery, building spaces that serve people and purpose
